HOW TO ORDER

STEP 1

STEP 2

Type the following:
• Provide your “Name“, “Delivery Address“, “Order Quantity“, “Contact Number” and “Email address“
• Send message

STEP 3

• You will receive a “Bank Transfer Number” with your “Order Number“
• Make your payment and include the Order Number as reference

Step 4

• Send “Proof of Payment“
• You will receive a confirmation of your order and it will be processed for delivery upon successful payment transaction • You will receive a note for the delivery arrangement

Terms and Conditions
  1. This promotion is valid only while stocks last.
  2. Orders are on a first-come-first-served basis.
  3. For orders: Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm
  4. Delivery: Mon-Fri, 12pm-6pm
  5. Delivery will be arranged within 3-5 working days upon orders received, paid and confirmed.
  6. Payment is via bank transfer. Bank details will be provided upon ordering.
  7. No refund will be given upon cancellation of paid order. All sales are final.
  8. An additional charge of RM10 will be imposed for:
    • Change of delivery date after order has been paid and confirmed.
    • Wrong delivery address and following day delivery to the correct address.
  9. Unless otherwise specified, the Musang King Durian Snowskin Mooncake ordered for delivery are not returnable after purchase.
